We have Two (2) Campers of which we rent out on a dialy basis with a maximum of seven days.  Our Forest River Cardinal 37 foot, which has two separate roooms including a King Size bed & a fold-out Full Size sleeper sofa, sleeps 2 couples, or a couple & 2 children, or 3 single people.  The Cardinal has both Kitchen and Bathroom, however we DO NOT allow usage of water/toilets given winterization.  However with rental of each Camper, you have full access to one of the nicest bathouses at any Campgrpound you've ever been to within 40 feet of your doorstep.  We have water onsight as well as our tenants are allowed to use the bathhouse to wash dishes.  Each pad has an awning, picnic table, and campfire ring.

The Rpod unit is great for a couple, a couple with two children, or perfect for 3 single fishermen givenn it has a Full Size bed and 2 Bunk Beds (43 X 74).  I bought this one specifically for 3 fly fisherman who simply want a place to lay thier heads down at night after a long day of fishing, at an affordable price of $60 per night.  Same rule goes as above, we DO NOT allow water usage or tolets due to winterization.
